I wrote this for the mom who said or thought "I’m fine" today

Hey Reader,

I want to ask you something, and I want you to actually answer it — not out loud, just to yourself, right now.

How are you really doing?

Not how you're managing. Not how the kids are. Not how the schedule is holding up.

How are you, Reader?

I'm asking because I just published something I've been sitting with for a while, and I want to make sure it gets to you — not just as a blog post, but as something that actually lands.

It's called Mom Burnout Recovery: 4 Real Steps to Stop Running on Empty and Start Rebuilding.

And here's what I want you to know before you click anything: this is not a list of things you're not doing. It's not a "self-care checklist" that makes you feel worse for not having time to do it. It's not advice from someone standing at the top of the mountain telling you it's beautiful up here.

It's from me — still climbing, still some days white-knuckling it — to you.

I wrote it for the mom who is tired in her bones. The mom managing a child's diagnosis. The NICU mom, the special needs mom, the foster mom, the postpartum mom nobody is checking on. The working mom. The stay-at-home mom who hasn't had a real conversation with another adult in three days.

And honestly? I wrote it for any mom who has said "I'm fine" when she wasn't. Because that's most of us, more often than we admit.

The four steps inside aren't magic. They're not big. But they're real, and they fit into actual life — your life, with all its full, hard, beautiful, exhausting layers.

And if it finds you at the right moment — will you send it to one other mom? There's someone in your world right now who is running on empty and doesn't know where to start. This might be exactly what she needed to find today.

I'm rooting for you, Reader. Always.

With love from one still-climbing mom to another, Christina- Mom on the Climb

Hey Reader, I have been working on something behind the scenes for a while now, and today I am so excited to finally share it with you. The Climb Shop is officially open. 🎉 For years I have been creating resources, tools, and guides from my own lived experience as a mom — a mom who has navigated burnout, medical complexity, NICU stays, and the beautiful messy climb of motherhood. And now everything I have created is finally in one place, just for you, and moms like you, Reader. Inside the...

Hey Reader, I recently published something I've been sitting on for a while — and I think it might be exactly what you needed to find today. It's for the medical mom. The NICU mom. The special needs mom. The mom whose journey looked nothing like the plan. → Dear Medical Mom — You're Not Failing. You're Running on Empty See you over there. 🤍 Christina P.S. Hey love 💛 Can I say something I wish more moms heard sooner? You’re not broken, ReaderYou might just not be full enough right now. And that’s something we can gently rebuild. I learned that the hard way—sitting on the NICU floor, running on no sleep, no food, just trying to make it through the day. And then another mom looked at me and said,“You need to make some lifestyle changes.” Not in a harsh way.In a “I see you” kind of way. That moment changed everything for me—not because I did...
