When the world feels on fire… this is for you

Hey Reader 🤍

I almost didn’t write this.

Not because I don’t care—
but because the things my eyes have seen lately have left me quiet in a way that feels holy.

And still… my heart kept whispering,
Say something for the moms who don’t know what to say anymore.

So I did.

I wrote a new post, for you, Reader, & for other moms, called:

When the World Feels on Fire
A message for the mom who doesn’t know what to say anymore.

It’s not political.
It’s not performative.
It’s human.

It’s about standing in that tender space between
what you cannot change
and what you still can.

It’s about faith over fear—
and how both are powerful, but only one is healing.

It’s about the quiet tension so many of us feel:
I should be doing more… but I don’t have more to give.

And it’s about choosing love anyway—
even when it looks small.

(Yes, I share the story of baking cookies for my neighbors after a tragedy—and why that felt like the only thing I could do.)

If your heart feels heavy, Reader…
If your chest feels tight…
If you’re holding fear, anger, heartbreak, and hope all at once…

This is for you.

And if the noise is living in your body, I want you to know you don’t have to stay there.
You can take two minutes. Two breaths. Two moments to come back to yourself.

Here’s your free 2-minute reset whenever you need it, Reader:

Before you go—what are you needing most right now?
Calm? Connection? Clarity? Courage?

You’re not alone in this climb.
Not today. Not ever.

With so much love,
Christina

And now everything I have created is finally in one place, just for you, and moms like you, Reader. Inside the...
